Northern Shenandoah Valley Tech Support (NSVTECH) has been serving the needs of individuals, organizations, churches and small & home-based business for over 5 years.  Don Sliger began his computer training and experience within multiple agencies of the U.S. Federal Government and has served in a number of computer support positions including team leader for a computer repair depot; a two-tier Help Desk; and even a brief stint as an acting CIO.  He is now semi-retired and continues in the field as a Dell Warranty tech for a major company as well as owning and running his sister company "Christian Computer Support".   With over thirty years hands-on technical support experience he continues to grow as new technology evolves.  He prides himself in the two greatest areas that he finds most important for a person in this field.  Customer Service and Troubleshooting.
